For the second time whilst living here in the blistering desert, our A/C unit went out. Today happened to be a balmy 111 degrees so it got hot fast in our house. I decided to not let my kids sweat it out and we went to McD's to eat ice cream and play in toddler land (fully equipped with 'toddler' music). This time, our A/C unit was fixed in a few hours and we didn't have to sleep with no A/C like we did the last time. Gross. Plus, Cru only eats part of his ice cream when there are giant plastic shoe cars and tree slides to play on so I got one and a half twist ice cream cones. YES!
Today was Cru's last day of swimming lessons and he improved a ton. Instead of gripping my legs and screaming to avoid getting in the water, he now goes to the teacher. Worth sixty bucks? Yes. Yes it was. Not to mention it got me out of the house and Cru got to see his best buddy Bronson or as he refers to him "Brompy". Plus he figured out how to monkey walk, blow bubbles, and go under the water without breathing in so that is good. Check it-

And this one right here just kills me! Look at that smile. Not sure if you can see it but she has a little dimple on her right cheek that I LOVE! She is like a whole new baby now that she can get around. I just love this chick!

I was instantly horrified when I read the title for this post. When we have to live without AC in this desert is when I bail for another state. I go into a slight panic attack just thinking about it. So glad it came back on quick. And your Zoey is super adorable! I remember that shirt on Bekah. Proof that time really does move along...
So sorry to hear you had to sweat it out for a few hours....but so hap hap happy to hear that you got extra ice cream. That is worth it. Your kids are cute!!! And, I have been thinking about boys names, and Brompy is now at the top of my list. Brompy. Brompy Morgan.
